1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fluxfitness gym management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users ("Gym Owners", "Staff", "Members"), and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fluxfitness provides a comprehensive SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for gym management. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Member management and tracking.
  • Staff and trainer coordination.
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment processing via Razorpay.
  • Attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Marketing and notification tools (Email, WhatsApp).

3. User Accounts and Roles

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Gym Admin/Owners: Responsible for managing their gym's workspace, staff, and member data. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • Staff/Trainers: Authorized by Gym Owners to perform operational tasks. You must adhere to the privacy and operational guidelines set by your Gym Owner.
  • Members: End-users accessing the platform for personal membership details, payments, and schedules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 SaaS Subscriptions (For Gym Owners)

Access to the Fluxfitness administration platform may require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

  • Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Member Payments

Fluxfitness integrates with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to facilitate the collection of fees from gym members.

  • Fluxfitness is not a bank and does not store card details. All transactions are processed securely by the payment gateway.
  • Transaction fees may apply as determined by the payment gateway provider.
  • Disputes regarding member payments should be resolved directly between the Gym Owner and the Member.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Service Subscription: Refunds for the Fluxfitness platform subscription are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months of service.
  • Member Fees: Refunds for gym memberships or services paid through the platform are subject to the specific refund policy of the respective Gym. Fluxfitness is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of Gym Owners.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our 


Privacy Policy.

  • Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service.
  • Data Usage: We may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our services and for analytical purposes.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard security measures (including encryption and role-based access control) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fluxfitness and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fluxfitness, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
